2. Services Provided

Leading Edge Borders provides professional concrete landscape curbing installation services in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Straight and curved concrete landscape curbing
• Decorative and stamped curbing patterns
• Mower curbing and garden bed borders
• Tree rings and custom edging projects
• Color and finish options for concrete curbing

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, project scope, and seasonal conditions. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for landscape curbing projects. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and our on-site assessment. Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if project conditions change, including but not limited to:

• Changes to the scope of work requested by the customer
• Unforeseen site conditions (e.g., underground utilities, drainage issues, excessive roots)
• Changes in material costs
• Additional footage or design modifications beyond the original estimate

Any changes to pricing will be communicated to and approved by the customer before work proceeds. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we will make every effort to complete the work on the agreed-upon date. However, scheduling is subject to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your project at the earliest available date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We understand plans change and will work with you to find a convenient alternative date.

5. Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling our services, you grant Leading Edge Borders permission to access your property for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon curbing work. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the work area is accessible and clear of obstacles
• Marking or informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hazards
• Securing pets during the installation process
• Ensuring sprinkler systems are turned off in the work area

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles that were not identified prior to installation.

6. Workmanship and Warranty

Leading Edge Borders takes pride in the quality of our work. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will address any workmanship issues that arise within a reasonable period after installation. However, please be aware of the following:

• Minor hairline cracking is a natural characteristic of concrete and is not considered a defect
• Concrete color may vary slightly from samples due to environmental conditions during installation
• Damage caused by lawn equipment, vehicles, heavy foot traffic, or landscaping work by others is not covered
• Natural ground movement and settling may affect the curbing over time

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leading Edge Borders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
